Advertising on The American River Website

October 27, 2006 - Effective immediately, advertising space is available in the right column of the pages of this site. Ads will fall below the "Latest News" box. No more than four ads will be placed on any page. Page placement is on a first come, first choice basis.

Through December 31, 2006, the spaces will be sold only to members of the Coloma-Lotus Chamber of Commerce (CLCC), as the CLCC helps to cover the costs of this site. Beginning January 1, 2007, we will open it up to other interested businesses. All ads must be tasteful and appropriate for a family-friendly outdoor travel and recreation site.

Advertising will be sold on the Coloma Valley website under the same terms. See the Coloma Valley Advertising page for prices and other details, or contact us if you have questions.

Listings in the Business Directory will continue to be sold exclusively through the CLCC through the end of 2006. Beginning in January, 2007, non-members will be able to purchase listings. Details and prices will be available in early December, or you can contact us to request that we notify you when the terms are set.
